CANADA – Customer experience management and insights platform Alida, formerly Vision Critical, has promoted Hermina Khara to senior vice-president of people and culture.
Khara (pictured) will lead Alida’s corporate culture and diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives in her hew role as part of an increased focused from the company on its DE&I policies.
She will also lead Alida’s employee welfare work and recruitment, and will sit on the Alida’s DE&I council.
Khara has been at Alida since 2013 and has held various HR roles at the company, most recently vice-president of people and head of talent.
Ross Wainwright, chief executive of Alida, said: “There is no longer room for companies to operate without formalising corporate culture and DE&I as organisational responsibilities within a business.
“Hermina will be instrumental in guiding Alida through the efforts and goals we have as a company to affect positive change.”
