Alida hires engineering VP

Based in Alida’s Vancouver office, Finneran (pictured) will lead and grow a product engineering team focused on customer experience management tools. 

He has previously led engineering teams in organisations including Western Union, PayPal and Eventbase.

Alida, formerly Vision Critical, launched a combined customer experience and insights platform in late 2020, after Vision Critical secured US$20m in growth funding earlier in the year.
