Alida makes senior hires

Baldree (pictured) joined Alida in 2018 and was previously executive vice-president of customer success. He will lead the global customer success organisation, customer support and services businesses in his new role.

Prior to Alida, Baldree led the customer success and consulting services teams at BMC Software, CA Technologies and Protiviti.

Tony Chung has also joined Alida as senior vice-president of professional services and customer success from SAP Concur, where his most recent role was leading the company’s global services strategy. In his new role  at Alida, he will lead the company’s consulting services and value realisation programmes.
