PureSpectrum connects with Anthropic’s Claude for surveys

Claude integrations connect users of the AI model to apps, allowing them to control them from within the Claude interface.
PureSpectrum’s ‘Claude Connector’ integration is built on Model Context Protocol, an open source standard developed by Anthropic, giving Claude access to the PureSpectrum platform.
The move will mean that PureSpectrum clients can conduct feasibility checks, launch surveys, manage quotas, monitor survey health and retrieve transactional data from within the AI chatbot’s interface.
PureSpectrum said the launch reflects ‘a fundamental shift in how research gets done', with AI tools becoming more widely used in the research process.
The connector is currently available in beta to select PureSpectrum customers, according to the company.
Mark Menig, chief product officer at PureSpectrum, said: “With the Claude Connector, researchers describe what they need and we handle the rest.”
Menig added: “This connector is the foundation for additional agentic automation we will introduce later this year.”
Last month, SurveyMonkey introduced an integration with Claude.
