SurveyMonkey integrates with Anthropic for AI surveys

The integration will mean that the survey software company's users can manage their feedback processes within Claude conversations.
Researchers could create, edit and send surveys using briefs, uploaded files or prior Claude conversations, by prompting the LLM to create a survey based on these.
Users will also be able to access and analyse survey data within Claude.
The connector uses a Model Context Protocol, an open-source standard developed by Anthropic.
According to SurveyMonkey chief executive Eric Johnson the launch reflects “how people are starting to work”.
Johnson said: “With our Claude connector, we’re bringing real survey feedback into the tools where people already work.”
