Claude Enterprise launches in-app surveys

US – AI tool Claude Enterprise has added surveys to gather information about staff perspectives on work projects using the app.

Claude

The in-app surveys will focus on the value of teams’ work with Claude, such as valuable outcomes, the AI tool’s impact on the time taken to complete tasks and how it is impacting on work processes.

The surveys can be customised by admins, who can also choose who receives surveys, where it runs and when it appears. The data can be exported to spreadsheets, with Anthropic, Claude’s parent company, only able to access the data as necessary to operate the service.

The tool adds to the launch of Smart Reports in Claude Enterprise, which shows what teams are using the AI platform for and underlines how it can be replicated elsewhere in the organisation.

For the reports, Claude analyses samples of team transcripts and groups the work into workstreams, allowing for analysis of deliverables, spend and common points of friction, as well as recommendations for improvement.
