ZappiStore and Voxpopme partner on video insights

UK – Automated insights technology company ZappiStore and video insight platform Voxpopme have announced a partnership.

Through the tie-up, users of ZappiStore’s creative testing tools will be able to add open-ended video responses to their studies on the platform.

Customers will also have access Voxpopme’s video analytics to identify themes in consumers’ feedback.

The addition of video capabilities will be live in the US, UK and 10 other markets "imminently", according to the companies.

Ryan Barry, chief revenue officer at ZappiStore, said the partnership would bring "deep context and rich meaning through video" to the platform.

Dave Carruthers, chief executive and founder of Voxpopme, described the move as "a cross-functional integration that maximises research value through the addition of video insight and analytics".
