US – Video tech company Voxpopme has hired Braden Johnstone as senior vice-president of customer success, reporting to chief revenue officer, Tom Williams.
Johnstone will be responsible for product adoption and engagement, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty strategies.
He has more than 15 years’ management experience and joins from FocusVision where he was senior vice-president, services and support. He also worked at Decipher.
