SINGAPORE— Ipsos has appointed former TNS director Bernice Klaassen as regional director for digital in Asia Pacific.
Klaassen (pictured) joined TNS in 2007 and last served as one of the firm’s global digital directors. Over the course of his time there he also held the roles of global product manager for social communities and digital qualitative research, and head of digital for Hong Kong and Singapore.
Before that he spent more than nine years at Blauw Research, latterly as senior research manager.
In his new role Klaassen will lead Ipsos’s digital strategy efforts across Asia Pacific and oversee the development of new business relationships and digital platforms.
Lifeng Liu, Ipsos CEO for Asia Pacific, said: “Bernice’s expertise in digital is a key addition to our existing capabilities by translating our current offering into a unique blend of high-tech internet expertise along with extensive traditional market research.”
