Insight recruitment consultancy Talent Hatch launches

James Webb joined ENI as a graduate recruiter and progressed to director during 13 years with the business.
Christy Webb’s 12-year career in marketing and commercial strategy includes roles at Deliveroo, Whitbread and, most recently, Greene King, where she was head of marketing.
Talent Hatch recruits across the research, insight, data and marketing sectors. The consultancy has developed its own technology with the aim of simplifying and automating elements of the recruitment process.
James Webb said: “When Christy and I founded Talent Hatch we felt strongly that AI had to be used in the right way. We’re accelerated by tech, but it doesn’t replace the human.”
Christy Webb said: “The research and insight industry is alive with energy and our clients are ambitious, fast-moving businesses, which is both challenging and exciting.”
To date, Talent Hatch has recruited 12 clients across the UK, US and Germany.
The company plans to expand further internationally and grow its own team, as well as developing a programme of events for the research and insight industry and a programme focused on career pathways for school leavers and graduates.
James Webb said: “Christy and I are so passionate about the industry. We’d love to help develop future research and insight experts to bring new talent and perspectives into the space.”
