CATI centre expansion for AMR

GERMANY – Telephone-based field research business AMR Advanced Market Research has appointed five staff to its CATI centre in Düsseldorf.

Dusseldorf

The appointments come as the Düsseldorf CATI centre is being expanded to cover the carrying out of interviews across Europe and Germany, as well as training, quality control and the coordination of the company’s international interviewer network.

In addition, the international interviewer network is being expanded worldwide. The changes come following Ulrich Buchholz’s return to AMR as managing director.

The staff additions include Titus Köhler being appointed as field manager, having previously worked at AMR from 2022 to 2024 as field director.

Köhler brings experience in interviewing and recruitment from companies including Phaydon Research + Consulting, Mediascore and IHR Teststudio, and will be responsible for assembling interviewer teams for survey projects and for quality assurance across the interviewer field.

Carolyn Gerbrands has been brought in as assistant field manager at AMR, and will be responsible for the recruitment, training and onboarding of interviewers.

Prior to joining AMR, Gerbrands worked in roles at Royal Dutch Shell Laboratory and HGFV Marketing, and speaks Dutch, English, French and German.

Sydney Schüler has also joined the team to help manage international client relationships. She previously spent several years in business-to-business market research and consulting at DTO Consulting.

Nada Lukic has been named as an account manager, responsible for building and expanding client relationships in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

Lukic has prior experience in both qualitative and quantitative market research from Ivy Exec and InnovateMR, as well as in her role as business development supervisor at WPP in Germany.

Nadine Yahya has become junior field manager, and will support the organisation of the interviewer field and the carrying out of survey projects.

Yahya has prior research experience in Germany, Portugal, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.

Buchholz said: “I’m delighted that, just a few months after my return as managing director of AMR, I’m already able to announce such far-reaching structural changes.

“These structural changes at AMR are necessary to position the institute for continued success in the future.”
