Former Lacuna Agency MD joins MM-Eye

UK – Research agency MM-Eye has appointed Claire Harding as senior research director to support the company’s work in automotive, luxury and strategic innovation.

Claire Harding

Harding (pictured) previously spent 10 years as co-owner and managing director at Lacuna Agency and earlier held senior roles at GfK and See Research. She has worked with clients including Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, the Department for Transport, Swarovski and The Football Association.

Her experience covers qualitative and integrated qual/quant programmes, hard-to-reach and high-net-worth audiences, brand and customer experience (CX) strategy, innovation, future mobility and senior stakeholder engagement.

In her new role, Harding will focus on MM-Eye’s automotive and mobility work, support new strategic client relationships, and build new propositions across luxury and premium CX research.

Harding will also contribute to MM-Eye’s future-facing research approaches.

Damien Field, managing director at MM-Eye, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Claire to MM-Eye. She brings outstanding depth in automotive, mobility and premium-sector insight, as well as the commercial perspective and leadership experience that come from building and running an insight business herself.

“Claire’s ability to navigate complex audiences, strengthen senior client relationships and translate evidence into strategic clarity will be a real asset as we continue to grow our offer.”
