SurveyMonkey launches concept testing platform

US – Survey business SurveyMonkey has created a suite of automated market research tools aimed at marketing and product professionals.

SurveyMonkey LaunchPad will offer pay-as-you-go research tools to help test product concepts, campaign messaging, pricing and creative with targeted audiences.

Features include a built-in audience panel, AI analysis and guided set-up for projects, with LaunchPad allowing for research techniques including concept testing, pricing optimisation, advertising and message testing, MaxDiff and Van Westendorp analysis. 

Eric Johnson, chief executive at SurveyMonkey, said: “Companies are under enormous pressure to move faster, but speed without feedback is just guessing.

“Human feedback matters even more in the age of AI, and teams shouldn’t have to choose between speed, rigour and budget to validate their ideas before launch.”
