Customer feedback tool released by SurveyMonkey

GetFeedback allows users to create forms or buttons and add them to their website using a single line of code, allowing customers to provide feedback.
Feedback can be captured by the tool through always-on feedback buttons, forms triggered by a specific customer behaviour or embedded forms that appear within the website experience.
A dashboard then helps users of the tool to analyse feedback, identify trends and set priorities.
Eric Johnson, chief executive at SurveyMonkey, said: “Every company is looking to improve its website, but most are making decisions based on incomplete information. Analytics can tell you what happened, but not why.
“Built-in listening is what turns abstract numbers into actionable insights.”
