SurveyMonkey develops guided research programmes

The pre-built programmes link individual surveys together and offer recommendations on survey scheduling and how to track changes over time.
Users can also create a programme themselves or add in existing surveys.
SurveyMonkey said the programmes can be used for employee engagement, customer experience and market research.
There are several programmes covering different business needs, including: HR and people experience; customer experience and loyalty; and brand and marketing insights.
Kelly O'Connell, vice president, product management at SurveyMonkey, said the proposition gives teams “a proven path to continuous understanding”.
