US— Mozilla, the open source web software developer, has ditched Omniture as its web analytics supplier in favour of Webtrends.
The Webtrends platform will be used to track usage and activity on each of its 11 main websites, including the Mozilla.com homepage, its blog and Mozillalabs.com.
Mozilla is best known for developing the Firefox web browser and the Thunderbird email application. The company is led by chairman Mitchell Baker (pictured).
