Reach3 launches pharma research services

Designed for awareness, trial and usage (ATU), patient journey and communications research, the offerings apply the company’s mobile-first conversational research techniques to established pharma studies.
The approach combines quantitative measurement with open-ended feedback, photos and video, in addition to AI-based moderation.
The ATU service will examine the perceptions, experiences and behaviours that shape awareness, adoption and ongoing usage. Patient journey research will map the path to care using patients’ own words, images and video, while the communications offer will test messages and campaigns.
Amr Solouha, healthcare practice lead at Reach3 Insights, said: “Some of the most useful context comes from hearing patients and HCPs describe an experience in their own words.
“Across ATU, patient journey and communications research, we can combine that feedback with quantitative measures to better understand the behaviours and perceptions showing up in the data.”
