The promotions include Mackenzie Hollister moving from senior research director to vice-president in the Chicago team.

Charlie Newport-Tucker has become a senior research consultant, having previously been a research consultant in Toronto.

Bre Armstrong has been named as vice-president, financial service and technology, and Jordi Castelli has moved to research consultant, financial services and technology.

Emma Ruedisueli and Carly Miller have been named as senior research associates, based in Chicago, while Kaeli Papoff will take up the same role in Toronto.

Reach3 Insights merged with fellow research agencies Rival Technologies and Angus Reid Group earlier this year to form one of North America’s largest independent insight firms.

Matt Kleinschmit, chief executive at Reach3 Insights, said the promotions “reflect the incredible depth of skill and passion across all aspects of our business”.
