The promotions include Varun Jog as research director at Reach3 Insights, having previously been associate research director at the company.

Reach3 Insights has also promoted Katie Lahman, Jared Streeto and Christine Nguyen to vice-president, with all having previously held the role of senior research director.

Kelvin Claveria has been named senior director, demand generation and content, at both Rival Technologies and Reach3 Insights, having had a prior role as director for demand generation and content at both businesses.

At Rival Technologies, Dale Evernden has been appointed to the role of executive vice-president, design and innovation, with a previous role as head of design and innovation.

Sneha Udupa has been promoted to director, technical support, at Rival Technologies, from a previous role as senior technical analyst.

The promotions follow the merger of both business’ parent company, Rival Group, with Angus Reid Group to form a $60m enterprise with operations across the US and Canada.
