New AI features for Rival Technologies
Rival Technologies said it had added to its AI capabilities with a new Unstructured Data Agent tool to change open-ended survey feedback into insights, and support scalable qualitative analysis embedded within quantitative workflows.
The new AI feature follows the release of Rival Technologies’ Multi-Agent AI Framework earlier this year, which is a modular, scalable system of AI Agents designed to support the research process.
In addition, new features have been added which include Pinterest Pixel Tracking, joining existing integrations with Meta, Reddit and Taboola, and expanding the platform’s recruitment capabilities via QR codes, customer relationship management, and branded websites and apps
Other features include an Authoring Assistant pilot and AI Smart Probe, which support the creation of conversational chat surveys with tone suggestions and follow-ups, and a Community Health Dashboard, offering views on subscription trends, engagement rates, demographics and active participation.
A Thoughtfulness Score feature has been introduced to evaluate open-ended responses across video, voice and text on areas such as relevance, clarity and emotional depth.
There is also early access support for WhatsApp as a distribution channel, and back-end upgrades including mid-chat redirects, member management tools, open-ended paste prevention and survey distribution via external platforms.
Andrew Reid, founder and chief executive at Rival Technologies, said: “These updates are about giving insight teams what they actually need right now.
“Smarter recruitment, easier community management, new distribution channels, AI that actually saves you time and respects the participant experience.”
