Ipsos ASI ups Bingham to Canada president

Bingham has been with Ipsos ASI since 1997, most recently as president of client service.

In his new role, Bingham will implement strategic measures and manage staff and financial matters for the company’s advertising research teams in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver.
