Global leadership changes at Penn Schoen Berland

US — Curtis Freet and Jon Penn have been named chief executive officers of their respective units.

Freet will oversee the firm’s global corporate and political business, while Penn will oversee its global media and entertainment business. The duo succeed Jay Leveton, who had been CEO since 2012.

They will partner with Michael Pettingill, who will take on the dual role of chief operating officer and chief financial officer at the firm.

Penn Schoen Berland is a global research-based consultancy that specialises in messaging and communications strategy for blue-chip political, corporate and entertainment clients. It is a unit of WPP.
