NEW ZEALAND – Market research analysis company Infotools has named Horst Feldhaeuser as group services director to lead a new services division.
Feldhaeuser has been with Infotools as group client director for over three years. He will lead the company’s newly integrated global services division.
The services team has been consolidated under one leader following the departure of executive director Patricio Pagani, who has stepped down to pursue an academic role. He will continue to sit on the Infotools’ board.
Ant Franklin, chief executive of Infotools, said: “Horst has consistently been an invaluable partner and advocate for our clients, making him the clear choice for this new role. He will bring a strategic, consistent approach to all our services-led engagements and help us grow this important part of our business.”
