Sago sells healthcare practice to focus on ‘core’ areas
The company has sold Sago Health to Med Learning Group, a company that offers continuing medical education and medical communications.
Sago set up the division in April 2024 to expand its work in healthcare research and offer specialised guidance and insight.
The terms of the divestment were not disclosed.
Sago said selling its healthcare research division underscored a “renewed focus” on its core research offer in consumer and business-to-business markets.
Executive chairman and chief executive Steve Schlesinger (pictured) said the sale would strengthen Sago’s ability to “deliver reliable insights with innovation, speed, and precision”.
