Market research business Sago launched its healthcare research division in 2024 and announced its sale the following year to Med Learning Group, a company that offers continuing medical education and medical communications.
In a press release, TriVoca Health said the new name reflected its commitment to ‘helping healthcare companies hear from patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals through high-quality, compliant, and actionable market research’.
The company works with pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare agency clients, offering traditional and digital qualitative and quantitative research services.
Isaac Rogers, chief executive, TriVoca Health, said: “TriVoca Health represents who we are today and where we’re headed. Our work has always been rooted in listening to patients, providers, and caregivers, and ensuring their voices directly inform better healthcare decisions. This rebrand clarifies that purpose and positions us for continued growth.”
Ashley Wade, chief revenue officer, TriVoca Health, added that the change reflected “a broader vision” to make healthcare engagement, decision-making and improved outcomes “easier to achieve through the right combination of voices, approaches, and experience”.
