UK— Chime Communications has acquired marketing strategy consultancy Gulliford Consulting from its founder, Simon Gulliford, in a deal worth up to £4.75m.
The company will pay £2m in cash and £500,000-worth of shares for Gulliford, with a further consideration of £2.25m payable depending on performance.
Chime is home to an assortment of PR and marketing services firm, including a research division made up of Facts International, Opinion Leader and Tree.
The group is headed by Lord Tim Bell (pictured).
