Caroline Horner joins Rentrak

US — Media measurement company Rentrak has announced that Caroline Horner has joined as senior vice president of product innovation.

Horner, formerly managing partner, director of advanced segmentations and analytics at GroupM, has over 25 years of experience in leading advertisers and ad agencies. Prior to her role at GroupM, she was vice president of advanced advertising solutions at Dish Network, where she worked with Rentrak.

In her new role, Horner will “help Rentrak extend its lead in high quality new product innovation around existing databases”.

Amir Yazdani, Rentrak’s executive vice president of IT and chief information officer, said: “Caroline is a talented and seasoned viewer measurement veteran and we are excited to have her join our team. Her experience in measurement strategies will allow us to make our insights more accessible for agencies, advertisers and networks, as well as bridge the gap between advertising theory and performance.”
