US— Usability researcher AnswerLab has hired Claudia Haase as director of research.
Haase joins after 10 years in research at CNET/CBS Interactive, working on research for sites including CBS.com, GameSpot.com and Last.fm.
At AnswerLab she will lead a quant and qual team, overseeing project implementation and delivery. She will work alongside existing director of research Danaus Chang, who oversees another team.
Dan Clifford, co-founder of the San Francisco-based firm, said: “We are pleased that Claudia will contribute her extensive experience in applying sound user research methods to building successful online businesses.”
