Discover.ai ceases operations

According to Discover.ai’s LinkedIn homepage, which appeared to have been updated on 27th October 2025, the company has ceased operating.
Discover.ai, which used AI to conduct qualitative analysis of text, images and online content, was founded by Jonathan Williams in 2017.
In 2021, Marlin Equity Partners acquired the company and merged it with Luxembourg-based social listening and media monitoring business Talkwalker, which was acquired by Canadian social media company Hootsuite last year.
The update on Discover.ai’s LinkedIn page said: “discover.ai’s operations have now ceased. Hootsuite – our parent company – has made the decision to close discover.ai, to more strategically focus on their core Hootsuite and Talkwalker offer. We would like to thank all of our wonderful clients and peers for their support through the years.”
Hootsuite declined to comment.
