ZappiStore boosts DACH and CEE regions with appointments

UK – Automated market research technology company ZappiStore has added two to its global teams based in its London office.

Andre Ketzel (pictured) is now vice-president of DACH (Deutschland, Austria and Switzerland) and CEE (Central and Eastern Europe), while Katie O’Connor is the new vice-president of client transformation.

Ketzel worked for four years as the chief strategy officer of Interrogare, where he was responsible for new business and client development. He has also worked in senior sales positions with companies including GfK, nurago, SirValUse and Toluna.

O’Connor was previously principal at Incite. She has also previous research experience at C Space and System 1. At ZappiStore she will help drive iterative programmes for consumer-led decision making.

Paul Albert, managing director EMEA, said: “As DACH region is an enormous market for our offer the expansion into this market was a next logical step. Ketzel will bring his local expertise to its expansion.”
