Video search tool LivingLens secures £206k investment

UK — Video search tool LivingLens has raised £206k in its follow-on seed funding round.

LivingLens enables users to search for spoken words within video, in any language. Investors include ex-Unilever Ralph Kugler (board member) and Andy Porteous (SVP) and ex-Added Value CEOs Mark Sherrington and Fiona McAnena. The company had previously been one of three UK companies (among 10 ) to share £1m in seed investment from business accelerator Collider.

The latest investment will be used to expand the company’s tech solution and sales capability. The company, currently based in Liverpool, is also planning to open a London office in August.
