Two directors join Ipsos Public Affairs

At Ipsos, Hofman will take up the role of director for employment, welfare and skills, while Disley will become director for the cohesion and security team.
Hofman worked on the employment research portfolio at Rand Europe before joining Ipsos, and is co-lead of the EU Policy Working Group of the European Evaluation Society, member of the Work and Health Committee at NIHR and Assessor College at ESRC.
Hofman has more than 20 years’ experience delivering evaluations for the European Commission, European Parliament and UK government clients.
Disley is a former director of home affairs and social policy at Rand Europe, where she led evaluations of the EU anti-trafficking directive, EU drugs strategy and pan-EU organised crime cooperation mechanisms.
In total, Disley has around 17 years’ experience working with UK government and EU institutions, including the European Commission and EU Asylum Agency.
