Twitter unveils new brand analytics tools
According to the announcement, the Brand Hub suite of tools includes True Voice, which measures share of conversation; Audience, which displays information on who is talking about individual brands, including gender, location, income levels and occupation types; and Conversation details, which offers insight on how people are discussing brands on Twitter.
This means that rather than being focused on specific ads or campaigns, the suite looks more at broad conversations around different brands and products.
Brand Hub is available to select large brand advertisers and medium-sized businesses in English-speaking countries.
