Also part of the team is senior research manager Kyle Morrison, who has worked there since 2014, having joined as a junior consumer insight analyst.

The other three members are Andrea Boulden, Kate Franzis and Jillian Brangi. Boulden was promoted to research manager in February this year, while Franzis has been a senior project director since 2015 and Brangi was hired in 2019, having previously worked as a marketing manager at Cobalt Media Marketing.

“Touchstone has set the standard for data quality in the market research industry; we take pride in our data quality initiatives and are excited for what our QC team will accomplish in this vital aspect of digital research”, commented Santa.
