Touchstone Research promotes senior manager

US – Research and consumer insights firm Touchstone Research has promoted Kate Franzis to senior manager – technology and strategy.

Franzis (pictured) will work within Touchstone Research’s quantitative research division, and will focus on expanding the company’s research services and toolkit, as well as integrating new technologies into its research processes.

Before taking up her new role, Franzis was senior project director at Touchstone Research and has previously focused on areas such as research design, survey programming, data analysis and building research panels.

Touchstone Research is a US-based full-service marketing research and consumer insights firm headquartered in the state of Connecticut.

Aaron Burch, chief executive at Touchstone Research, said: “In her new role, Kate will be spearheading work on many exciting upcoming research technologies solutions and initiatives—some of which will be launching in early 2023.

“Her many years of expertise working across a range of custom projects and research panel executions will bring tremendous value to our clients.”
