US— Harris Interactive and forecasting and analytics agency Top Box have formed a strategic alliance to offer clients a forecasting service for new products.
Harris and Top Box said the service would provide clients with accurate sales forecasts and fact-based guidance within a quick turnaround period.
Jonathan Siegel, SVP of market strategy and product and service innovation at Harris, said: “This partnership directly addresses an industry need for more insight and improved customisation with overall cost efficiency. This partnership delivers the service and customisation of a boutique store with the varied selection and price of a big box retailer.”
Top Box president Ken Sobel added: “We believe our clients will see immediate and important benefits from this alliance. Not only will they be able to take advantage of the team’s clear strengths in research execution and sophisticated forecasting, but we intend to focus on better launch planning. This alliance allows our clients to leverage the expertise of specialists who have participated in thousands of new product launches across many geographies and business sectors.”
