The Pert Group adds senior executives

US— Research-based consulting agency The Pert Group has added senior executives Patricia Bien and Jim Eschrich to the team.

Eschrich (pictured) has been given the role of qualitative director and comes to the firm after running his own company, Eschrich Research, for more than 15 years. He was previously an analyst at Hallmark Cards.

Pert president Doug Guion said: “Jim is a great communicator, with the ability to effectively cut to the chase on issues and keep a team focused. With his industry experience and his entrepreneurial background, he brings our clients a tremendously broad and valuable perspective on research results.”

Bien, meanwhile, was previously market research director at FYI Direct, having had spells with Heineken USA and TNS North America. At Pert she will serve as senior account director for the beverage vertical.

Guion said: “Patricia’s experience with major adult beverage brands gives her a wonderful perspective on today’s market and future trends.”
