UK – Kids, parents and family market intelligence company The Insights Family (formerly The Insights People) has made six appointments and launched a graduate recruitment programme.

The company has appointed Awliya Rahimah Hendaryanti as research executive, covering Asia-Pacific. Prior to The Insights Family, she held roles at Kantar Indonesia, Kudos Research and The Smeru Research Institute.

Haroon Iqbal, previously of Suzohapp, has been appointed as data analyst, while Disha Rajpal has joined the company as data scientist.

The Insights Family has also appointed Constanza Barrai and Esther Hayward as commercial executives, and Yi Wei as management accountant.

Jonathan Watson, chief product officer at The Insights Family, said: “The team is delighted to be welcoming such incredible talent to our business – who share our purpose of providing children, parents and families with a voice to shape their world.”

The company has also launched a graduate programme, TIF Academy. It will include 12 months’ work across the business, including research, commercial, account management and marketing.
