Terminus buys Sigstr
The acquisition will combine Sigstr’s data insights on intent, engagement and relationship data with Terminus’ account-based marketing platform. Businesses using the platform will now be able to identify priority accounts and better understand how customers are interacting with their company.
As part of the deal, Sigstr’s employees will join Terminus and the company’s chief executive Bryan Wade (pictured, left) will become part of the Terminus executive team. The combined company will have technology hubs in Atlanta and Indianapolis and an office in San Francisco.
Tim Kopp, chief executive at Terminus (pictured, right), said: “Combining the Sigstr solution with our platform is another strategic step in helping our customers drive account-based transformation and put account-based marketing to work across their entire revenue funnel.”
Wade added: “Connecting our solution and the data insights it provides to the Terminus account-based platform activates an untapped channel that changes how businesses engage with target accounts.”
The financial terms were not disclosed.
