UserTesting adopts new company name

US – Customer insights business UserTesting has changed its corporate name and branding to Auros.

'Rebrand' written on paper

Auros will incorporate UserTesting, User Interviews and the firm’s AI business under one company. UserTesting and Usder Intevriews will continue as product brands under the Auros name.

The company said that the company would support both products with broader investment in AI, verification infrastructure and participant network.

Leadership, existing customer contracts and day-to-day operations will be unchanged following the adoption of the new branding.

The company’s participant network of more than 7.6 million people across 34 markets and more than 40 partner networks will also remain as the same underlying asset under the new name.

Eric Johnson, chief executive at Auros, said: “As AI becomes more capable, access to real people and verified human expertise becomes more valuable, not less.

“Auros gives us a corporate identity that reflects the company we’ve become and the significant opportunity ahead.”
