Target Research purchases A&G Research

US — Target Research has announced that it has purchased A&G Research, a full service market research company.

A&G will remain a separate corporation and Rich Grinchunas, founder of A&G, will be retained and will continue his leadership role at A&G.

This news comes just over two months after the announcement that Target Research had been purchased by its employees, led by Greg Spagna (pictured), the new CEO.

“The acquisition is in line with the strategy of Target to buy companies who partner with their clients as an extended research arm,” said Spagna.

“The acquisition of A&G will increase our revenue base to fund new product entries, primarily in the area of ‘cloud’ or big data and social networking predictive models.”
