UKS Insights launches in Mumbai

Based in Mumbai, the company will specialise in research in hard-to-reach and complex markets, and aims to combines global research expertise and local market expertise.
Services will include consumer research, UX research, consumer communities and research support services.
Founder Kumar has around 23 years of experience in the research industry, managing multi-country programmes across a range of sectors. For the past 11 years, he has been senior vice-president and head of the international market research division at Hansa Research.
Kumar is also a former Esomar council member, having served between 2017 and 2023.
Kumar said: “UKS Insights was established to provide international clients with reliable, high-quality research support and strategic insights, particularly in markets that are often difficult to access and understand.
“Our goal is to combine methodological rigour, operational excellence and deep local understanding to help clients make better business decisions with confidence.”
