ISR adds AI to research library

ISR said that the interface, which is targeted for an early 2027 launch, would aim to make the company’s portfolio of syndicated benchmarking and market dynamics research easier to access and navigate.
The interface would also help pharmaceutical and biotech firms navigate increasingly complex outsourcing decisions, with ISR citing issues such as geopolitical uncertainty, supply chain risks and changing buyer expectations.
ISR was acquired by Ramarketing Group earlier this year, which has also seen the company adopt a refreshed brand identity and website.
Kate Hammeke, chief executive at ISR Market Research, said: “The questions businesses are asking about pharmaceutical outsourcing are becoming more complex. They’re having to consider a broader range of risks, while also understanding how buyer expectations and supplier relationships are evolving.
“Developing new ways to access that intelligence is a natural next step, allowing us to build on the strength of our research and make it easier for customers to find the information that matters to them.”
