Tapjoy and Experian in partnership for in-app mobile ad targeting

US — Mobile ad platform Tapjoy is to use insight and targeting specialist Experian Marketing Service’s audience data set for audience-based targeting of mobile ads.

Through the partnership, Tapjoy will gain access to Experian Marketing Services ConsumerView database, which covers 98% of the US population and provides access to demographic, behavioural and life stage information, as well as category and brand preference insights.

The agreement is intended to allow advertisers to target ads on mobile based on segmentation, desktop browsing behaviour and web-based targeting.
