US— Synovate has expanded its Global Oncology Monitor into eight new markets and created a new role to lead the service.
Jackie Ilacqua (pictured) has been given the new role of head of oncology, where she will drive the creation of new services and manage the Oncology Monitor – her role before being appointed to the new post.
Ilacqua she will oversee eight new markets – Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Portugal, Russia, Belgium, Turkey and the Netherlands – in which the Oncology Monitor operates as well as the 13 existing countries.
She has spent 18 years at Synovate and has focused entirely on oncology for the past four.
Ilacqua said: “These new markets represent rapidly emerging areas of innovation. The addition of these markets to our already comprehensive Oncology Monitor portfolio further cements our position as the leader in global oncology business intelligence.”
