Suzy makes five hires

US – Consumer insights platform Suzy has appointed several executives, including Katie Gross as chief customer officer (CCO).

Gross will oversee all customer relationships as CCO, and will lead Suzy’s customer advocacy programme. She was previously at Cint, and her background includes roles in branding, market research and programmatic sampling at companies including Stylus Innovation + Advisory and Toluna.

Suzy has also appointed Marie Aiello as senior vice-president of revenue operations, where she will focus on using market intelligence and insights to identify growth opportunities for the business.

Aiello was previously at Zeta Global for eight years, where she was most recently global vice-president for client services.

Dena Brody has also been appointed by Suzy as vice-president of enterprise accounts, where she will work with the firm’s enterprise clients. She was previously senior vice-president of digital client experience at Weber Shandwick.

Isabella McKeon has joined Suzy as vice-president of sales, and has previously worked at companies including Wonder, Werk and Shoptiques.com.

William Cimarosa has also been brought on board as vice-president of market research, and will lead Suzy’s centre of excellence team. He is formerly of GSK and Mead Johnson Nutrition.

Matt Britton, chief executive of Suzy, said: “Katie is exactly the type of leader we want to build this business around. The addition of Katie, along with the recent additions of Marie, Dena, Isabella and William, will help chart the course for the next phase of growth at Suzy.”
