US – Market research and consumer insights platform Suzy has promoted chief customer officer Katie Gross to president.
Gross (pictured) joined Suzy in 2020 to oversee all customer relationships and lead the company’s customer advocacy programme.
She will continue to oversee all of Suzy’s commercial functions and take on expanded roles in strategy and corporate development, with a focus on driving forward the company’s product innovation, customer satisfaction and growth.
Prior to Suzy, Gross was senior vice president of sales and customer success for the Americas at Cint, and she has previously held commercial roles at Stylus Innovation and Toluna.
In addition to her role at Suzy, Gross is a member of the boards of the Insights Association and Market Research Institute International.

New York-headquartered Suzy was founded in 2018 and connects quant, qual and audiences within its research cloud platform.
