Katie Gross joins Panoplai

Gross has held senior leadership roles at companies including Cint, Toluna and Mintel over the course of her 20-year career in consumer intelligence, market research and technology.
Most recently, she spent five years at Suzy, latterly as president, helping to position the business in the consumer intelligence market.
At Panoplai, she will lead commercial strategy and drive the company’s growth and expansion.
Founded in 2021 as Glimpse, the company rebranded to Panoplai last year. Its platform integrates traditional and synthetic survey data, digital twins and interactive analysis to support research, marketing and innovation, and customers include Diageo, Mars and Kraft Heinz.
Neil Dixit, founder and chief executive, Panoplai, said: “Katie is one of the most accomplished operators in the insights industry. She has spent her career turning data into action, and she brings the rare combination of deep category expertise, platform-building experience, and genuine client trust that this moment requires.
“As we scale our enterprise platform and expand into new markets, having Katie lead as president is a tremendous accelerant.”
Gross said: “Panoplai is solving the right problem at the right time. The industry is at an inflection point – organisations need to move faster, trust their data more and make AI work for them in ways that are grounded and explainable.”
