SurveyMonkey opens up access to AI survey generation

The move includes allowing visitors to use the company’s AI survey generator to generate and preview survey drafts using a prompt.
The hub is free and does not require a SurveyMonkey account to access, but after typing in a prompt and receiving an AI-generated questionnaire draft, users need to sign up in order to send a survey.
SurveyMonkey’s AI-generated questionnaire uses OpenAI.
Other tools on the hub include calculators for NPS, sample size, margin of error and A/B testing.
Geet Chopra, senior director, product management at SurveyMonkey, said making the capabilities available would "remove the friction between a question and a credible starting point".
