Shaw made RealityMine COO

Shaw’s (pictured) promotion follows the appointment of Chris Havemann to CEO last month.

Shaw will be responsible for leading product development initiatives and overseeing project management.

He joined the business in 2012, then only the fifth employee of RealityMine, as the sole business intelligence developer focused on mobile behavioural data. In 2016, Shaw took on responsibility for 20 operations staff in project and product design.

Prior to RealityMine he worked for Barclays and Lex Autolease.

Havemann said: “Since joining the company, Chris has developed outstanding leadership capabilities blending client-centricity, deep product knowledge, strong commercial instincts and excellent people skills.”
